This quick and easy mushroom sauce goes great over steak, pork or chicken!
Mix with cooked rice for a creamy side dish extraordinaire! Use your favorite mushrooms for this dish and chop or slice to desired size.
In butter and olive oil, sauté mushrooms with chopped shallot and fresh chopped parsley.
Once mushrooms are cooked to desired doneness, over low heat add Crab Mousse.
