Holiday Ordering

We will guarantee all online orders received by December 12, 2024 to arrive before Christmas. We will do our very best to fulfill all orders received after this date. All Christmas online orders will be shipped out on December 17 and December 18 scheduled for overnight delivery.

We will be available for pick up orders at our Niagara Falls location on December 18 and 19 with pre arranged scheduling. All orders wishing to be picked up should put their order in as an order inquiry with the comment ‘Arranging local pick up’ and we will connect with everyone individually to schedule your time/day.

We are away at the shows now and no online orders can be fulfilled until we return and prepare to ship out December 17/18! If you have a lobster emergency, please do not hesitate to send an email along… we’ll do our very best!

Online Order Quote Request!

All of our products are made fresh in small artisan batches for online and are prepared weekly for the orders placed the week prior. We ship out every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with refrigerated packaging and your parcel is scheduled for overnight delivery.

For our Lobster and Crab Mousse, we offer only the one size jar online as we have customized packaging to keep your order chilled while in transit. For those of you we get to visit with at the various artisan shows, you’ll know this jar as the ‘Medium’ jar (200ml).
